Your Tasks
- Ongoing generation of local insights to develop impactful and efficient action plans and identify the business opportunities to reinforce your categories in The Netherlands
- Market analysis & performance tracking: analysis of the sell-in and sell-out results, follow up the competition activities (media, innovations, activities) and landscape, market evolution in terms of product and habits / trend
- Work together with the Senior Brand Manager to define and implement the local marketing strategy and plans based on the marketing mix levers and apply in the best way possible the international guidelines & strategies to the local market situation
- Implement and execute marketing and media campaigns that are defined together with the Senior Brand Manager
- Owning the non-working marketing budget of your categories
- Engaging and motivating key stakeholders to maximize your category performance
Your Profile
Education:
Degree-level in relevant field (marketing, business)
Experience:
1-2 years of brand/product management experience
Skills
- Analytical skills and result-driven approach
- Accurate, well organized and attention to details
- Strong communication skills, both in written and verbal
- Fluency in English / French / Dutch required
