You:
- Have experience wit B2B SaaS in the European market (Benelux/DACH/UKI)
- See that marketing is fundamentally changing and you’re ahead of the game
- Are always looking for that Blue Ocean Strategy/new ways to reach your audience
- Are familiar with optimising for AI/LLMs (prospects will start their search on ChatGPT etc.)
- Have experience automating personalized multi-touch campaigns.
- Can make a lot happen with a budget of ~€45.000 a year
- Speaking Dutch is a pré, not a must.

Your challenge is to build a scalable marketing playbook that increases the company’s visibility among commercial and technical decision-makers across Europe. You'll combine brand management, demand generation, account-based marketing, and AI-powered automation into one integrated strategy.

Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute a modern, AI-native B2B marketing strategy.
- Build and optimize demand generation funnels for both self-serve and enterprise audiences.
- Design and execute account-based marketing campaigns.
- Develop AI-powered marketing workflows and automations.
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent customer experiences across all touchpoints.
- Enable sales teams with relevant content, tools, and campaigns.
- Analyze performance and translate insights into measurable improvements.
What you'll do
As our Marketing Geek, you'll be responsible for the company’s end-to-end marketing approach.
You'll manage the brand identity and customer touchpoints for two brands, ensuring consistent messaging, optimized landing pages, and a strong tone of voice across all channels.
You'll develop demand generation campaigns for two distinct growth motions: a self-serve funnel and an enterprise funnel. You understand that modern B2B buyers conduct their own research and expect marketing experiences designed around that behavior.
Working closely with sales, you'll define target accounts and build personalized ABM campaigns. You'll use AI to accelerate research, uncover insights, and scale relevant outreach.
You'll build marketing systems that enable a lean team to outperform larger competitors; from content creation and workflow automation to campaign execution and reporting.
You'll continuously experiment, test new ideas, analyze outcomes, and document learnings in a marketing playbook that becomes a compounding advantage for the business.
You'll also support sales with content, video assets, and campaign materials that help drive meaningful conversations and pipeline growth.

Who you are
You have at least four years of B2B marketing experience and a proven track record of generating pipeline, driving revenue growth, or delivering successful campaigns.
You actively follow developments in AI and continuously experiment with new tools, workflows, and applications.
You understand how modern B2B buyers make decisions and know how to build visibility in a world shaped by self-directed research, long sales cycles, and AI-driven discovery.
You're entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
You also:

You'll join a compact team as the senior/manager with one existing marketer and collaborate closely with the CEO, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
You'll be responsible not only for strategy but also for execution. You'll identify priorities, make decisions, and ensure things get done.
During your first months, your focus will be on building a strong foundation. You'll create an AI-powered marketing engine that makes content, campaigns, and workflows smarter and more scalable.
From there, you'll focus on three core areas: brand management, account-based marketing, and lead generation.
Success won't be measured by clicks or impressions alone, but by visibility, engagement, pipeline creation, and how quickly new insights translate into better marketing outcomes.
You'll have the freedom to test new ideas, challenge assumptions, and help future-proof marketing.
