Holthinrichs is an independent haute horlogerie armory based in Delft. We create watches as wearable architecture: sculptural, personal and technically refined.

The role.
As Marketing & Brand Coordinator, you will make our brand more visible, organised and commercially effective. You connect brand, product, sales and audience in a clear marketing rhythm.
This is a hands-on role with strategic influence. You lead marketing strategy, set priorities and identify the moments and channels that deserve attention. You then turn those choices into campaigns, content, launches, events and client communication.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, brings momentum and follows through. You are comfortable proposing ideas, making decisions and pushing work forward, while protecting the refined character of Holthinrichs.
The person.
We are looking for an assertive and commercially aware marketing professional who combines taste with drive. You know how to protect a luxury brand, but you also know that visibility requires action.
• Experience in marketing, brand management, content, campaigns or communications.
• Comfortable contributing to strategy as well as executing it.
• Proactive, decisive and reliable: you take initiative and close loops.
• A strong feeling for luxury, design, craft, watches, architecture, art or high-end hospitality.
• Strong writing skills and a sharp eye for imagery and detail.
• Able to work professionally in English.
Experience in watches is like the Swiss flag - a big plus-, but not required. An understanding of quality, nuance and the client world is more important.
