The Opportunity
Pret A Manger USA is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the VP of Finance across accounting operations, financial planning, payroll analysis, HR benefits cost tracking, and supply chain finance. This role is ideal for someone early in their finance or accounting career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, curious, and excited to learn how a growing business operates.
The Finance Analyst will help ensure that invoices, purchase orders, payroll data, benefits costs, supply chain pricing, and departmental spending are processed accurately and understood clearly. The role will also serve as an on-the-ground finance partner to the HR/People and Supply Chain teams, helping Finance stay closely connected to operational decisions and cost trends. This is an opportunity to be part of a team helping transform Pret A Manger USA. As the business continues to evolve and grow, this role will contribute not only to day-to-day financial operations but also to building stronger processes, better visibility, and more scalable ways of working across the organization.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with ERP systems, payroll platforms, HRIS systems, or purchasing software is a plus but not required.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate enjoys both detail-oriented execution and analytical problem solving. They are comfortable processing invoices one day, reviewing payroll data the next, and mapping a finance workflow the day after that. They ask good questions, follow through on commitments, and are motivated by creating better processes and greater visibility into the business.
We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who embraces challenges rather than avoids them. The best candidate will be energized by solving difficult problems, eager to learn unfamiliar parts of the business, and willing to roll up their sleeves to help wherever needed. They are naturally curious, resourceful, and persistent.
We value people who run toward hard problems, not away from them. When something is unclear, broken, or challenging, this person leans in, figures it out, and helps make it better. They take ownership, learn from mistakes, and understand that meaningful improvement often comes from tackling the issues others are reluctant to address. This is an opportunity to join a team helping transform Pret A Manger USA. We are looking for someone who is excited to contribute, grow alongside the business, and play a meaningful role in building a stronger company.
