Summary
Riviera Partners is hiring a Director of Talent Acquisition to own full-cycle recruiting across the firm. This role builds and runs the recruiting infrastructure: process, tracking, sourcing strategy, and the Rippling workflow, while partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership across practice areas. The Director of Talent Acquisition will report to the VP of Talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for all internal hires across Partner/BD and corporate functions (Finance, Ops, Marketing, Support)
- Build and maintain sourcing pipelines for both senior revenue-generating talent and operational roles
- Own and continuously improve the recruiting process: intake, interview loops, scorecards, offer process
- Manage requisition tracking and reporting; keep hiring data clean and current in Rippling
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and stakeholders across practice areas
- Partner with the VP of Talent on hiring plans, headcount forecasting, and talent strategy
- Drive employer branding and candidate experience improvements
- Manage and optimize use of Rippling for requisitions, candidate tracking, and onboarding handoff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to both senior/BD-style hiring and corporate functions
- Experience recruiting in professional services, search, finance, or a comparable fast-paced firm
- Hands-on experience with an ATS/HRIS; Rippling experience strongly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable working directly with senior leaders and Partners
- Process-oriented with a track record of building or improving recruiting infrastructure
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
