We are looking for a motivated Finance Operations Intern to join our Finance team for a fulltime (40 hours per week) 6-month internship, beginning on September 1, 2026. You will work closely with the rest of our Finance & Accounting team across revenue operations, billing, reporting, and process improvement initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to a broad range of finance activities. In this role, you will support key finance operations with a strong focus on revenue, billing, invoicing, customer support, process improvement, automation, and reporting.
This internship is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, curious about finance operations, and interested in how digital tools and AI can improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support invoicing and billing operations - Assist the Revenue and Billing Analyst with the timely and accurate issuance of invoices, ensuring correct coding, approval follow-up, and alignment with internal procedures
- Provide customer support by email - Support customer care activities by responding to customer requests and needs related to billing, invoicing, payment status, documentation, and other finance-related queries
- Analyze invoice processing flows - Review the invoice process to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, delays, and recurring issues. Help document findings and propose practical improvement ideas
- Implement AI-driven process improvement - Work on an end-to-end process optimization supported by AI to streamline invoicing, reduce manual work, improve response quality, and enhance the overall billing workflow under the guidance of the Finance team
- Assist the Finance team - Support the Finance team with ad-hoc analyses, reconciliations, reporting tasks, data checks, and other finance-related projects as needed

Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Has strong attention to detail and enjoys working with numbers, systems, and structured processes
- Is comfortable working with Excel; knowledge of financial systems, CRM tools, Power BI, or automation tools is a plus
- Has good written communication skills and can respond professionally to customer inquiries
- Is curious about process improvement, automation, digitalization, and the practical use of AI in finance operations
- Is fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
