We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Head of Finance & Business Intelligence to become a key member of our leadership team.
YOUR MISSION
Lead Finance, Reporting and Business Intelligence while acting as a strategic business partner to the CEO and Management Team. You'll transform financial and commercial data into strategic insights, professionalize and support Easywalker's next phase of international growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and board reporting.
- Manage cash flow, working capital and banking relationships.
- Build and optimize Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Drive profitability analysis by product, customer and market.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Product and Marketing.
- Lead process improvements, automation and ERP optimization.
- Support financing, strategic projects.
WHO YOU ARE
- 8–12 years' experience in Finance, Controlling or Financial Leadership.
- Strong experience with Power BI and ERP systems.
- Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills.
- Experienced in international consumer goods or manufacturing.
- Hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent in Dutch & English.
