The Role
- Design and build agentic AI and RAG based solutions that solve business problems across multiple domains.
- Translate data science concepts into scalable, production ready AI systems used by non technical teams.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to shape use cases and technical approaches.
- Develop and maintain pipelines integrating LLMs, vector databases, and enterprise data sources.
- Set best practices for evaluation, monitoring, and responsible use of generative AI within the organisation.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in data science with hands on delivery in production environments.
- Practical experience building or deploying agentic AI and RAG solutions using modern LLM frameworks.
- Solid Python skills and experience working with cloud based data and AI platforms.
- Understanding of information retrieval, embeddings, prompt design, and model evaluation.
- Confidence working in a large organisation with multiple stakeholders and complex data landscapes.
