We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced HR professional to take ownership of their people function. This is a high-impact, standalone role with broad responsibilities and strong visibility across the business!
Role Overview
As the Senior HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and supporting core HR activities across the employee lifecycle, working closely with leadership while also handling day-to-day people matters. This role combines hands-on execution with the opportunity to build and refine processes as the organization continues to scale.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10-15 years in Human Resources with a background with broad exposure across people operations
- Experience in publicly traded companies is required
- Comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments, and C-Suite interface
- Self-directed, proactive, and able to operate with limited structure
- Experience contributing to or building HR processes in growing organizations
- Must be based in New York

Salary & Location:
- New York City (5 days in office, no hybrid or remote flexibility)
- $150,000 - $180,000 base
