New York, NY (Hybrid - Minimum 3 Days In Office)
Pay: $29.05 - $34.05/hr
Duration: 1 Year Contract

We’re looking for a socially savvy Brand Engagement Associate to help drive conversation, excitement, and organic brand love across digital platforms. If you live on TikTok and Instagram, understand creator culture, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor social trends, viral moments, and cultural conversations across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Translate trending content into real-time, brand-right engagement opportunities
- Execute influencer gifting and surprise & delight campaigns for creators and VIP talent
- Support large-scale product seeding programs to drive UGC and brand visibility
- Engage with online communities through comments and DMs using a distinct brand voice
- Identify and amplify high-quality user-generated content
- Coordinate with internal marketing teams and influencer/PR agencies
- Manage gifting inventory, product ordering, and mailing logistics
- Track campaign effectiveness and gifting ROI
