We’re seeking a polished, organized, and motivated Campus Recruiting Coordinator to join a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team supporting campus recruiting initiatives and internship programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly collaborative environment, enjoys event coordination and candidate engagement, and can manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional experience to students, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners in a professional, high-touch environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Campus Recruiting team
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications throughout the recruiting process
- Generate offer letters, monitor background checks, and support onboarding activities for interns and first-year hires
- Supervise networking and social events during the Summer Intern Program including lunch and learns, teach-ins, trivia nights, and other engagement activities
- Coordinate logistics for both virtual and on-campus recruiting events
- Manage catering and act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors
- Post job openings to university job boards including Handshake
- Maintain recruiting databases and applicant tracking systems
- Assist with the development and distribution of recruiting and university marketing materials
- Coordinate communication between candidates, hiring managers, interview teams, and recruiters
- Arrange candidate travel logistics and accommodations as needed
- Support diversity hiring initiatives, employee resource groups, campus ambassador programs, and additional recruiting projects
- Process invoices related to campus recruiting events and candidate travel expenses
- Maintain budget tracking reports and expense documentation
- Assist with reporting and presentations for senior leadership using Excel and PowerPoint
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0–2 years of experience supporting campus recruiting, HR, Talent Acquisition, or internship programs
- Internship experience within HR or Campus Recruiting is highly preferred for recent graduates
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills including pivots, charts, formulas, and presentation development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Professional, polished, and personable demeanor
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, universities, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Positive attitude with the ability to remain calm and flexible in fast-paced environments
