Duties:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of healthcare and administrative roles
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, review job requirements, and establish recruitment timelines
- Source candidates through job boards, internal systems, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts
- Review resumes and conduct screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and eligibility requirements
- Ensure all candidates meet minimum qualifications, including civil service, licensing, and credentialing standards
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Paycom)
- Monitor job postings to ensure timely routing, approvals, and renewals to avoid expiration
- Support high-volume recruitment efforts and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to support pre-employment and onboarding processes
- Generate and track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate pipeline activity.
- Responsibilities include using Excel and Access, creating complex presentations using PowerPoint, creating charts and graphs using various database information.
- Other duties include assistance with training class scheduling, ensuring proper classroom setup, creating surveys, and performing general administrative duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and making travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or a high-volume environment
- Experience recruiting for clinical, behavioral health, or administrative roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems such as PeopleSoft, Paycom, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of compliance, credentialing, and hiring standards within healthcare
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
- Two years’ experience
- This role works closely with hiring managers and operational leadership to ensure timely hiring, compliance with civil service and credentialing requirements, and alignment with organizational workforce needs.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration or related field.
