The District Manager, Human Resources at Prime Communications operates at the intersection of strategic support and transactional execution, ensuring that both long-term people strategies and day-to-day HR operations drive business success. This role partners closely with field leadership to translate strategy into action, while maintaining operational excellence across all locations in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.

- Drives retention initiatives.
- Aligns HR strategies with business goals.
- Uses data to guide decisions and improve performance.
- Translates strategy into clear, actionable steps for leaders.
- Builds strong partnerships to coach and influence leadership.
- Leads and supports HR projects and initiatives.
- Supports talent management, including hiring, onboarding, and succession planning.
- Provides coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management and team development.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Partners with leadership on workforce planning and organizational needs.
- Promotes employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
- Completes additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Human Resources Certification (Preferred)
- 3+ years as an HR Business Partner (preferred)
- Experience supporting, multi-state, multi-unit or retail environments
- Proven ability to influence across levels and lead through change
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decisions
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- High integrity and commitment to compliance and confidentiality
