The District Manager, Human Resources at Prime Communications operates at the intersection of strategic support and transactional execution, ensuring that both long-term people strategies and day-to-day HR operations drive business success. This role partners closely with field leadership to translate strategy into action, while maintaining operational excellence across all locations in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.

Manages unemployment claims.
Leads progressive discipline processes.
Conducts thorough investigations.
Handles employee relations matters.
Oversees terminations with consistency and compliance.
Drives retention initiatives.
Aligns HR strategies with business goals.
Uses data to guide decisions and improve performance.
Translates strategy into clear, actionable steps for leaders.
Builds strong partnerships to coach and influence leadership.
Leads and supports HR projects and initiatives.
Supports talent management, including hiring, onboarding, and succession planning.
Provides coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management and team development.
Ensures compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Partners with leadership on workforce planning and organizational needs.
Promotes employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
Completes additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Human Resources Certification (Preferred)
3+ years as an HR Business Partner (preferred)
Experience supporting, multi-state, multi-unit or retail environments
Proven ability to influence across levels and lead through change
Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decisions
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
High integrity and commitment to compliance and confidentiality
