We are looking for a Sales Leader to join our global LinkedIn Marketing Solutions team as a Manager within the Growth & Mid-Market (GMM)’s Performance & Expansion team. GMM is a fast-paced, innovative team that is transforming how advertisers connect and build relationships with their customers.
You will lead a team of Account Executives and Client Solutions Managers who are responsible for consulting with Startups and other high-potential companies who are newer to our ad platform, helping them achieve their growth objectives by utilizing best-in-class products and services. Your team helps to ensure their long-term success in our ecosystem with LinkedIn’s full-funnel Marketing Solutions products.
Your goal is to grow Marketing Solutions sales revenue. You will live the LinkedIn Culture and Values, help build and grow the team, work with the management team to set strategy and go-to-market, and create a strong operational infrastructure that sets the business up to scale. You will also coach Account Executives and Client Solutions Managers on value-forward selling. You will coach and develop your team’s skills and career. Finally, you will partner closely with Go To Market Operations, Marketing and Sales Enablement teams.
Responsibilities:
Coach to Performance - Drive your team to establish trusted relationships with our clients and uplevel sales excellence by providing high quality customer engagement activities (consultative meetings, training, quarterly business reviews, events) to drive meaningful revenue impact.
Drive Revenue and Results - Proactively identify growth opportunities for the business, team, and our clients. Launch new ideas and iterate until you find the right recipe for success. Being able to influence and develop others without direct reporting relationships is critical. The Sales Manager will be on a quarterly sales compensation plan.

The pay range for this role is $248,000 to $379,000 OTE. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depthy of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
