About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist with strong recruiting capabilities to support our growing team. This role combines hands-on talent acquisition responsibilities with core HR operations to help attract, hire, and retain top talent while ensuring a positive employee experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and experienced in managing full-cycle recruitment alongside day-to-day HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Create and post job descriptions across recruitment platforms
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Support offer preparation, negotiations, and onboarding processes
- Maintain recruitment metrics and hiring reports
- Improve employer branding and candidate experience
HR Generalist Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and benefits
- Assist in performance review and employee relations processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of HR experience with strong recruiting exposure
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in tech/startup recruitment
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or sourcing tools
- Knowledge of onboarding and employee engagement practices
