🚨 Hiring: HR Generalist / Senior HR Business Partner
📍 Remote (Must be located in California or Washington)
📅 Contract: 12 Months (Extension Possible)
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support senior leaders and drive strategic people initiatives within a fast-paced, global tech environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leadership teams on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
• Lead and scale impactful HR programs in collaboration with HR Partners, COEs, and Operations teams
• Support performance management, employee relations, compensation planning, and engagement initiatives
• Utilize analytics and AI-enabled tools to drive data-informed HR decisions and improve employee experience
• Coach leaders through organizational and talent-related challenges
• Collaborate across distributed/global teams and work effectively in asynchronous environments
🔹 Required Experience:
✔ 10+ years of progressive HRBP / HR Generalist experience
✔ Strong expertise across HR domains including org design, talent management, employee relations, rewards, and change management
✔ Experience supporting senior leaders in complex, matrixed organizations
✔ Background in tech industry or global high-growth environments preferred
✔ Strong stakeholder management, executive presence, and communication skills
🔹 Preferred Backgrounds:
• Senior HR Business Partner
• Lead HRBP
• Global HR Business Partner
• Experience from FAANG or large global tech companies
