LHH is partnering with a valued client seeking a Multi-Site HR Business Parter to support and lead human resources operations across multiple locations. This role serves as a strategic and hands-on partner to leadership, responsible for driving consistency in HR practices, strengthening employee relations, and aligning workforce strategies with business objectives across a distributed environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead HR operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent application of policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and culture initiatives across all locations
- Oversee and support full-cycle talent management efforts, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and labor regulations
- Support and guide managers on performance management processes, including coaching, documentation, and terminations
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness
- Lead and support change management initiatives across sites, ensuring smooth communication and adoption
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, finance, and operations to align HR strategy with business goals
- Travel between sites as needed to maintain strong on-the-ground presence and partnership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with multi-site or regional responsibility preferred
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Location: Multi-site / Hybrid (travel required)
Salary Range: $120,000–$140,000 base + bonus
