The Role
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal IT inquiries.
- Provide support to end-users on SAAS applications, ensuring smooth operation.

What You'll Need
- Completed MBO-4 education (or willingness to achieve it).
- Basic knowledge of networking and IT systems.
- Affinity with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Experience with SQL or CAD drawing programs is a plus.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Eager to learn, service-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
