About the Role
A leading global food & FMCG organisation, known for its strong international presence and portfolio of high-quality nutritional products and ingredients, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support one of its key B2B segments.
This organisation operates at scale across global markets, supplying functional ingredients and nutrition solutions to major food, beverage, and health brands. The business combines deep scientific expertise with commercial excellence and is recognised as a trusted partner in the global nutrition ecosystem.
In this role, you will take ownership of digital marketing strategy and execution for a global B2B segment, focusing on campaign delivery, performance optimisation, and digital channel excellence. You will work in a highly collaborative, international matrix organisation with close alignment across marketing, communications, and digital teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-develop and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with segment objectives
- Translate marketing plans into a structured digital campaign calendar
- Own end-to-end delivery of global and regional digital campaigns
- Define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics at campaign and channel level
- Analyse campaign performance and drive continuous optimisation
- Conduct digital competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Define campaign approach, channel mix, and customer journey touchpoints
- Lead SEO and SEA strategy and execution, ensuring best practices
- Own and optimise website strategy, UX, and performance
- Collaborate with global marketing, marcom, and digital stakeholders
- Deliver pre- and post-campaign insights and reporting
- Support data-driven decision making across the organisation
- Act as joint Local Privacy Officer within the digital domain
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B or FMCG environments
- Proven experience delivering global and regional campaigns
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEA, website management, and UX optimisation
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Solid project management skills (timelines, budgets, stakeholders)
- Understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes
- Experience working in international, matrix organisations
- Fluent in English
