They are looking for a Financial Administrator to join their ambitious and diverse team of over 75 colleagues from around the world.
About the Role:
Working alongside three other colleagues in the finance team, you will be a vital link in ensuring the financial administration is reliable, up-to-date, and insightful. This role offers a high degree of independence within a supportive team where knowledge sharing is key.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable & Payable: Managing sales and purchase invoices, direct debits, creditor payments, and processing daily bank statements.
Ledger Management: Reconciling suspense accounts and proactively taking action to resolve discrepancies quickly.
Tax & Reporting: Assisting in data collection for VAT returns and supporting the team with month- and year-end closings.
Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve turnaround times.
Who You Are:
You hold a relevant MBO or HBO degree and have several years of experience in a similar financial role.
You have a sharp eye for detail and a sense of responsibility for delivering "perfect" numbers.
You possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
You are accurate, flexible, and thrive in a small, collaborative team environment.
