As Sales Manager LATAM, you are responsible for driving revenue, margin improvement and distribution growth across your region. You build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, horeca partners and importers, while identifying new opportunities to strengthen our market position in Central America and the Caribbean.
You work closely with the LATAM Sales Team and collaborate with Operations, Finance and Trade Marketing to ensure excellent service, product availability and impactful market activation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and carry out smart regional plans that help our brands grow in both volume and revenue.
- Build, strengthen and expand our customer network throughout the LATAM region.
- Spot new opportunities by keeping a close eye on market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, distribution and promotional deals with confidence and clarity.
- Make sure our core sales drivers — pricing, rotation and distribution — are applied consistently and effectively.
- Monitor sales results, understand what’s working (and what’s not) and take action when performance needs a push.
- Coordinate customer orders and work closely with Operations to ensure smooth, on‑time deliveries.
- Keep track of payments and financial agreements together with our Finance team, and step in when risks arise.
- Handle claims and quality issues with care, making sure everything is logged, followed up and shared with the right teams.
- Provide clear forecasts, reports and market insights that help guide smart decisions and future plans.

Candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a commercial field.
- 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in FMCG or the beverage industry.
- Experience with international customers or distribution models is a strong advantage.
- Excellent command of Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long‑lasting relationships.
- Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and reporting.
- Willingness to travel internationally within the LATAM region.
