The Role
• Provide full-scope HR generalist support for a corporate dining program, acting as a trusted partner to operations teams.
• Own and administer key HR processes, driving consistent people practices and supporting day-to-day operations.
• Manage employee relations, including issue resolution, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Develop and implement HR processes and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and morale-boosting programs.
• Assist with talent acquisition, HR metrics reporting, and onboarding programs.
What You'll Need
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with employee relations, including conducting investigations and developing resolutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to consult with management at multiple levels and present effectively.
