POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our Distribution Center is the backbone of Kendra Scott, and we are looking for a process-driven individual to step into an exciting, fast-paced role. The Outbound Distribution Advisor supports the team by owning both the operational and technical aspects of fulfillment. This role combines data analytics, system expertise, and floor support to provide end-to-end oversight of outbound order execution across all channels. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely fulfillment while driving efficiency, process improvements, and a WOW! customer experience.
Key Accountabilities:
• Wave orders and accurately distribute workload based on order type, priority level, and operational capacity
• Become an expert in systems and processes related to order fulfillment and account routing guidelines
• Monitor order progress and proactively troubleshoot and resolve errors to ensure timely fulfillment
• Create, maintain, and analyze data reports to track productivity, identify trends, and support performance improvements
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates, resolve order inquiries, and ensure alignment across teams
• Support floor operations by assisting with order preparation, including printing labels, preparing shipment materials, and facilitating special handling requirements
• Organize and support training initiatives to improve operational accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee outbound supply processes to ensure appropriate inventory levels for fulfillment needs
• Assist with testing, implementation, and documentation of system enhancements and process improvements
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures to reflect current best practices
• Provide WOW customer service by managing orders that require additional oversight or special handling
• Maintain confidentiality regarding new initiatives, launches, and business relationships
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to collaborate and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify solutions
• Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to recommend and implement process improvements
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems (Excel, Outlook, WMS)
• Ability to accurately process transactional data

• Ability to work in a team environment to accomplish shared goals
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of experience in fulfillment operations, data entry, or related field
• A proven ability to execute with consistent delivery
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office in particular)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
• A growth mindset: desire to learn, grow and embrace new ideas
