We are looking for a Manager, People Experience to help strengthen employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture, and support talent growth across the organization. This Human Resources Manager opportunity is ideal for an HR leader who can partner with managers, guide people-focused programs, and improve the employee experience from onboarding through career development. The role will contribute to organizational effectiveness by using workforce insights, coaching leaders, and promoting consistent people practices in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and reinforce a supportive, inclusive workplace culture across the organization.
• Create and manage programs that recognize employee contributions and encourage long-term retention.
• Work closely with leadership to interpret survey results and workforce data, then turn findings into practical action plans.
• Oversee learning and development efforts, including leadership training and programs that strengthen manager effectiveness.
• Support workforce planning, organizational structure discussions, and change-related initiatives that impact employees.
• Guide onboarding and separation processes to deliver a consistent and positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Review exit feedback and broader workforce trends to identify concerns, surface opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Advise leaders on employee relations matters, helping resolve workplace concerns fairly and in alignment with HR practices.
• Partner with stakeholders on performance discussions, talent assessments, succession planning, and management-level recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in human resources with emphasis in employee experience, talent development, or employee relations.
• Proven ability to build effective partnerships with leaders across multiple levels of an organization.
• Strong knowledge of engagement strategies, performance management, and organizational effectiveness practices.
• Ability to evaluate workforce metrics and translate data into clear recommendations and actions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HR administration, onboarding processes, and employee relations support.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools and benefit-related functions.
• Prior experience in healthcare or another complex, fast-paced organizational setting is preferred.
