Established Search is supporting the growth of an international medical device organisation seeking an IT Engineer to strengthen its internal systems and digital capabilities. We are looking for an individual to support ERP operations, optimise business processes, and work closely with stakeholders across the business.
This role combines hands-on system support with project-based work, focusing on improving ERP functionality, automating workflows, and ensuring efficient day-to-day system performance. It will suit someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across multiple systems, and acting as a key link between IT and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide support across ERP systems, reporting, and data processing
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
- Work closely with ERP consultants and internal stakeholders to enhance system performance
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system improvements
- Support ERP-related projects and process automation initiatives
- Develop and maintain reports (e.g. SSRS)
- Work with databases for data analysis, reporting, and optimisation
- Support business applications and tools including BPA and automation workflows
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in an ERP support, IT systems, or business applications role
- Strong experience with databases (SQL, queries, stored procedures, triggers)
- Exposure to ERP systems (experience with Exact Globe is advantageous)
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools (e.g. Power Automate, BPA)
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, Python or PHP is beneficial
