Director, Marketing Change Enablement (DMP Strategy)
Location: Remote – European Time Zones (CET). Candidates must be residents of and eligible to work within the Netherlands, or a country within the Central European Time (CET) band. Working Conditions: This is a remote/hybrid role requiring full availability during Central European Time (CET) business hours (9:00 - 17:00 CET) to support our global marketing organization.
Summary:
We are seeking a Director of Marketing Change Enablement to lead the global launch, adoption, and operationalization of our Digital Market Place (DMP). You will act as a "Digital Translator," bridging the gap between complex technical ecosystems and functional marketing execution to drive a digital-first, data-driven transformation.
What You Will Achieve: The Mission
- Drive Strategic Transformation: You will design and execute a comprehensive 3-year DMP strategy and annual roadmap focused on maximizing global marketing performance.
- Lead Global Change: You will oversee the end-to-end change management framework, ensuring 400+ FTEs are operationally ready and engaged with evolving digital responsibilities.
- Standardize the Ecosystem: You will move the organization away from 40 independent markets toward a unified, sustainable global talent platform.
- Operationalize Learning: You will define a holistic learning journey to transition the workforce from traditional "gut-feel" methods to data-centric execution.
Important Note: This is a Transformation Role, NOT a Traditional Change Manager Role
While a traditional Change Manager might focus on a single software rollout, this position manages the entire enablement ecosystem—communication, learning, and knowledge—to ensure the path to sustainable behavioral change is well-defined. You are not just rolling out a tool; you are shifting the power from personal networks to a data-driven DMP
What You Need to Succeed: Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 8-12 years in operational management and digital platform transformation.
- Global Matrix Navigation: Essential experience leading cross-functional teams (Change, Communication, Knowledge, Learning) within a complex global environment.
- Technical Literacy: The ability to "talk tech" and deconstruct sophisticated DMP concepts into actionable processes for non-technical audiences.
- Data Acumen: Strong ability to interpret $MI/BI$ data to identify knowledge gaps and provide data-backed tactical recommendations.
- Language: Professional fluency in English.
Key Metrics You Will Own
- Adoption Rates: Achieving 100% adoption of the digital-first strategy and global "runbook" execution across all markets.
- Operational Readiness: Successful transition of 400+ colleagues to new knowledge usage protocols and digital standards.
- ROI on Tech Investment: Aligning tech investment with business outcomes through a "digital-first" mandate.
