The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral part of the Chobani Talent Acquisition team. This role will support our Recruiters, Hiring Managers and the People Team Business partners throughout the hiring and onboarding process. This is a contract position for 6 months with the option to extend it another 6 months.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work with hiring managers and prospective candidates to schedule interviews – virtual (Microsoft Teams) and onsite
- Coordinate candidate travel
- Greet candidates and facilitate onsite interviews
- Schedule Debrief calls for all Interviews
- Liaison between agencies, candidates and recruiters
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and the business
- Process candidate expenses
- Update hiring managers and recruiting team regularly on interview status
- Take initiative with the TA team to ensure timely communication with the business, candidates and agencies engaged
- Ad hoc projects for Talent Acquisition
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or support position
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach to working and a bias for action
- Ability to prioritize and pivot in an ever-changing work environment
- Ability to be onsite in our Rome, NY and New Berlin, NY locations 4 days a week and as needed while interviews are occurring
