A rapid growing company located in Clearwater is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations, staffing, and organizational development. This role is responsible for building a fully staffed, highly productive organization through strong systems, training, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations, staffing strategy, and organizational structure
- Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and talent development
- Build and implement scalable HR systems and workflows
- Drive employee performance, accountability, and retention
- Develop training programs and leadership pipelines
- Align HR strategy with company growth and executive goals
- Coordinate across departments to ensure consistency and compliance
