We are working with a growing multi-unit QSR operator looking to bring on a Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and execution across the organization.
This role will partner closely with operations leadership to build scalable people processes, improve retention, and support continued growth across the Dallas market.
Scope of the role:
- Lead HR for a multi-unit QSR platform across the Dallas market
- Partner directly with senior leadership and operations on workforce strategy
- Support a field-based organization across hourly and salaried teams
Key responsibilities:
- Own all HR functions including employee relations, compliance, recruiting support, and performance management
- Partner with operations leaders to improve retention, reduce turnover, and build strong team culture
- Implement and refine HR systems, policies, and processes to support growth
- Lead investigations and resolve employee relations issues across the field
- Support hiring strategies for GMs, DMs, and above-store leadership roles
- Develop training and leadership development programs to strengthen internal bench
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws
What we’re looking for:
- 5–10+ years of HR experience, ideally within QSR, restaurant, or multi-unit retail
- Experience supporting field operations and high-volume hourly workforces
- Strong employee relations background with ability to handle complex situations
- Experience building or scaling HR infrastructure in a growing organization
- Ability to partner with operations leaders and influence at all levels
- Hands-on approach with willingness to be in the field as needed
