A mid-sized, executive-facing organization is seeking a senior HR leader to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team. This role will lead all core HR functions while building scalable people infrastructure, modernizing compensation programs, advising leadership on organizational matters, and ensuring a high-service internal culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a company-wide compensation structure and pay framework
- Partner directly with executive leadership on employee relations, organizational design, and business strategy
- Lead talent acquisition, benefits administration, HR systems, and compliance
- Manage and improve HR operations for a professional, salaried workforce
- Build scalable processes, policies, and programs to support future growth
Top 5 Must-Haves
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Background in small-to-mid-sized companies (approximately 100–250 employees)
- Proven experience designing or overhauling compensation structures
- Strong working knowledge of benefits administration and HRIS platforms
- Experience serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership while remaining hands-on in day-to-day HR operations
