As an HR Administrator / Co-ordinator, you will be the backbone of the people function, driving efficiency across recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Using your expertise in MS Office and HRIS navigation, you will support a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your administrative precision directly impacts company culture and growth.
The Role
- Drive the full employee lifecycle administration, from managing recruitment workflows and interview scheduling to seamless onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain the integrity of HR systems and employee records, ensuring 100% accuracy in absence reporting and compliance documentation.
- Act as a key support lead for employee relations cases, preparing sensitive legal documentation and managing departmental communications.
- Spearhead community engagement and health and wellbeing initiatives to enhance the employee value proposition and workplace culture.
- Champion data-driven HR by leveraging Excel for reporting on key people metrics and workforce trends.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in an HR Administration or Coordination role, ideally within a fast-paced Industrial or Manufacturing setting.
- Technical proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with a track record of managing complex spreadsheets and professional documentation.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards it) is highly preferred to ensure a solid foundation in contemporary HR best practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle high-volume administrative tasks and sensitive, confidential data with total discretion.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
