Job Title: Trainee, Human Resources
Reports to: Coordinator, Human Resources
Job Purpose
The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization’s short and long-term objectives through day-to-day administrative and long-term project work. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results and present a project to the Executive Leadership Team. The HR Trainee will support the Corporate HR team and help impact the organization through supporting a variety of generalist responsibilities.

Tasks And Responsibilities
- Support the candidate administration process, including the secure handling of applications and related documents, while providing regular progress updates to the Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist and Compensation & Benefits teams.
- Update organizational charts, office floor plan, track new hires and departures, send monthly reports and draft offer letters with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across departments to guarantee accuracy and alignment in employee titles and compensation packages.
- Input key new-hire data into internal HRIS platforms to provide up-to-date information
- Participate in HR operations projects as needed, including the internal employee referral program and organizational announcements.
- Contribute to Dior's employer branding efforts by ensuring elevated and professional communication with new hires and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure important documents are collected and completed accurately for company purpose
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to deliver information clearly and concisely
Requirements
- At least 6 months of prior HR experience
- Full-time, 12-month program from May 2026 through May 2027
- Available to work M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from home
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Additional information
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour, plus potential eligibility to participate in the Company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
