Insify is looking for a sharp, commercially-minded, and highly driven
VP Finance to join our leadership team. In this high-impact role, you will serve as the strategic financial partner steering Insify through its next phase of aggressive European growth. If you are a finance leader who combines intellectual firepower with operational discipline and a genuine love for building, we want to meet you.
As VP Finance, you will own the full financial agenda: driving and delivering operational finance projects, professionalizing our financial infrastructure, and leading cross-functional initiatives on topics that touch finance across the business. You will help execute and refine our corporate strategy from the inside, embedded deeply enough to shape it as you deliver it.

What you’ll be up to (some examples):
- Finance Operations Leadership: Own and professionalize the full spectrum of finance operations: accounting, cash management, tax, compliance, and business partnering. You run the processes, continuously improve them, and ensure they scale as we expand across Europe
- Strategic Financial Partnership: Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive financial planning, budgeting, and business reviews. You define the KPIs, challenge assumptions, and make sure financial discipline is embedded in every major decision
- Investor Relations and Fundraising: Lead the preparation of board materials, investor decks, and strategic narratives that distill complex financial and operational progress into compelling, high-stakes storytelling
- Risk Carrier and Regulatory Reporting: Own Insify's reporting obligations to risk carriers and ensure full compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements across all our markets
- AI and Automation in Finance: Personally identify and implement AI-driven automation across finance processes. You generate your own reports from raw data and actively seek out tools that make the function faster and sharper, without waiting for the tech team
- Team and External Partner Management: Develop a lean finance team and manage relationships with external service providers, auditors, and advisors
Your profile:
- 10+ years of experience in finance, ideally combining a foundation in Big 4 consulting or transaction advisory (M&A, transaction services, or commercial advisory) with operational finance experience in a fast-growing, tech-based company
- You bring a strategic, commercial lens to finance. You can read a balance sheet with the perspective of an investor, not just an accountant
- A proven storyteller: you can build a compelling investor narrative from scratch, own the slide design, and present with confidence to a board or external investors
- Technically self-sufficient: you generate your own reports and analyses from raw data, and you actively leverage AI and automation to stay ahead of the curve
- Collaborative and connected: you operate as a genuine business partner, deeply embedded in the commercial, technical, and operational context of the business
- Demonstrated experience leading financial planning processes, external financing rounds, and investor relations at a high-growth company
- Master's degree in Corporate Finance or Economics, preferably complemented by a post-master qualification (RA, CFA, or equivalent)
- Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus
