An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a fast-paced international business supporting Operations and Strategic Projects across the Netherlands and Belgium markets.
This role sits at the heart of decision-making, partnering closely with senior Operations leadership to drive performance, support strategic initiatives, and provide analytical insight across a complex, high-growth environment.
Key responsibilities include:
🔹 Business partnering with senior operational stakeholders across NL & BE
🔹 Delivering financial analysis, reporting, forecasting & budgeting support
🔹 Supporting month-end close activities with detailed variance analysis & performance insights
🔹 Building complex financial models and strategic business cases
🔹 Evaluating operational performance, revenue trends & cost optimisation opportunities
🔹 Driving financial visibility and supporting data-driven decision-making
🔹 Monitoring key strategic projects and tracking financial outcomes
🔹 Collaborating cross-functionally with FP&A and international finance teams
Ideal background:
✔ Strong experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Strategic Finance
✔ Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
✔ Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and commercial acumen
✔ Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively
✔ Experience operating within fast-paced, data-driven or multinational environments
✔ Professional qualifications such as CMA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent advantageous
✔ Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information
