These teams support the global business units and play a key role in driving performance, governance and growth across the organization.
The role
As financial business analyst – global finance, you will support the global finance organization in budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and strategic finance projects. Working closely with the Business Controller at headquarters and the Global Finance team, you will play an important role in providing financial insights that support decision-making across the organization.
This position offers broad exposure to senior stakeholders, international business units and group-level financial processes, making it an excellent opportunity for ambitious finance professionals who want to develop within a dynamic and international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial planning cycles across the group;
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management and shareholder reporting and performance analysis;
- Analyze financial and operational performance across business units and identify key trends, drivers and areas for improvement;
- Support business cases, financial modelling and investment analyses;
- Contribute to special projects focused on improving financial performance, processes and reporting;
- Work closely with the Group Finance team to improve reporting structures, KPIs and dashboards;
- Support integration activities related to acquisitions and business transformations;
- Assist in developing financial insights and recommendations for senior management;
- Collaborate with colleagues across finance, strategy and the international business units.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar;
- Approximately 3–5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within Corporate finance / M&A, Big Four (transaction services or audit), Strategy or financial consultancy and/or Controlling in an international organization;
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills;
- Comfortable working with financial data and translating insights into clear proposals;
- Experience with BI tools or ERP systems (e.g., Lucanet or Dynamics 365) is a plus;
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
