An international Real Estate / Investment organization with over €250 billion in assets under management, based in Amsterdam-Zuid, is looking for a commercially minded and pragmatic Senior Finance Manager. The organization is currently highly active in the M&A space and recently raised a new fund of no less than €2.5 billion. From Amsterdam, a substantial European portfolio is being managed.
In this role, you will work closely with the Deal Team, Tax Team and Asset Management Team on investment structures, acquisitions, portfolio performance and strategic decision-making. In addition, there is a strong focus on automation, AI and process optimization throughout the organization.An additional international aspect of this position is that you will travel abroad approximately once per quarter to collaborate with international stakeholders and local teams.
Finance Manager: Your Responsibilities
• As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the financial management of real estate investment strategies, asset management, financing and investment budgets. In addition, you will assist in reviewing quarterly valuations of real estate investments. You will also be involved in periodic closings, annual audits and tax filings.
• You identify improvement opportunities across the business and proactively come up with solutions and ideas. You will participate in various projects where, in addition to your financial expertise, a broader business perspective is expected. In doing so, you will contribute to key strategic topics and become an important figure within the organization.
Finance Manager: Your Profile
• Completed Master’s degree
• Between 4-6 years of relevant work experience
• Experience within the Big 4 and Real Estate / Investments
• Strong command of the English language is essential
• Tech savvy with an affinity for automation and AI-driven finance processes
Finance Manager: The Offer
• Gross annual salary up to €100,000, depending on knowledge and experience
