- Location: Charlotte, NC
- Compensation: $200,000–$225,000 base + bonus
- Schedule: Full-time

What will your day look like?
- Plant Operations Leadership: Oversee daily manufacturing operations including production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain coordination.
- Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to increase throughput, reduce waste, and improve margins.
- Production Planning: Align production schedules with demand forecasts, inventory levels, and customer requirements.
- Cost & Efficiency Management: Monitor KPIs related to labor, scrap, downtime, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop plant leadership and frontline supervisors to build a high-performance culture.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, supply chain, and finance to support new product introductions and operational improvements.
Who are you?
- Experienced Manufacturing Leader: 10+ years of progressive operations experience within plastics manufacturing (injection molding, extrusion, or similar processes).
- Lean-Focused Operator: Strong background in continuous improvement methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
- Results-Oriented: Proven ability to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and drive operational KPIs.
- People Leader: Demonstrated success leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Technical & Business Acumen: Comfortable balancing operational execution with financial and strategic objectives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering or Operations-related field preferred.
