🚀 About the Role
We’re hiring a Junior Delivery Recruitment Consultant to support our US growth.
This is an ideal role if you:
- Are early in your career (1–2 years’ professional experience)
- Have done sales or customer-facing work (doesn’t have to be recruitment)
- Want to learn recruitment properly from industry experts and proven $1m billers
You’ll focus on sourcing and delivery, becoming a true specialist in candidate management and talent delivery across tech & digital roles.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
- Source top talent via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Deliver high-quality candidates for active US roles every week
- Build and nurture long-term candidate relationships in our specialist markets
- Help grow Talent’s brand across the US through great candidate experiences
- Represent our global offerings and spot cross-selling opportunities
- Work closely with experienced Consultants and Leaders to learn best practice
You’ll be right at the heart of the action – connecting people with life-changing opportunities every day.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ professional experience (sales, customer service, account management, etc.)
- A fearless, energetic approach to speaking with people
- Strong communication skills – written & verbal
- A genuine interest in innovation, tech, and making a difference
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious, supportive environment
