The Role
• Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to both the Sales and Human Resources departments.
• Assist with daily office operations, including managing correspondence, maintaining supplies, and handling mail.
• Support sales functions by answering inquiries, greeting clients, and assisting with operational tasks.
• Aid in HR recruitment processes, including pre-screening interviews and preparing job advertisements.
• Maintain accurate and organized HR files for new hires, terminations, and promotions.
• Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and the planning of employee events.
What You'll Need
• College coursework in a related field and at least 2 years of progressive HR experience in the hotel industry or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Windows, spreadsheet, and processing software; knowledge of hotel management systems is beneficial.
• Familiarity with employment laws and relevant hotel systems.
• Ability to perform occasional long hours and light physical tasks when required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
