This role sits at the intersection of product, logistics, content, and technology, ensuring seamless daily execution while the E-Commerce Manager focuses on strategy.
As the go-to person for product data, inventory coordination, and cross-functional alignment, you'll ensure that every product launch, campaign, and operational process runs smoothly across digital platforms. Your Impact (Key Responsibilities)
Product & Data Management (40%)
- Manage product information, pricing, and availability across Shopify and other platforms
- Coordinate setup and launch of new collections and product updates
- Ensure all product content—descriptions, imagery, specifications—is accurate and current
- Conduct regular quality checks and identify webshop optimization opportunities
- Maintain product data integrity across multiple channels (web, wholesale, potential marketplaces)
Inventory & Order Coordination (30%)
- Serve as primary liaison with warehouse and logistics for stock updates and order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate changes across departments
- Coordinate between e-commerce operations and external fulfillment partners
- Act as backup support for logistics during colleague absences
- Troubleshoot discrepancies between systems and physical inventory
Content & Campaign Alignment (20%)
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align online content with campaigns
- Brief asset requirements for product launches, newsletters, and digital activations
- Coordinate timelines between social media, campaigns, and e-commerce launches
- Keep internal teams informed about promotions, product changes, and platform updates
- Translate campaign concepts into executable webshop actions
Systems & Technical Coordination (10%)
- Serve as first point of contact for ERP system issues
- Coordinate bug fixes and system updates with development team
- Support implementation of new features or platform improvements
- Maintain data integrity between e-commerce platform, ERP, and supporting tools

Background:
- 2-4 years in e-commerce operations, product management, or related roles (not entry-level)
- Experience in fashion, streetwear, lifestyle, or comparable retail segments
- Demonstrated proficiency with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management
- Familiarity with task management tools (Notion, Slack, Asana, Monday, Trello)
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch proficiency is a strong advantage
