The business has consistently generated between €800,000 and €1.1 million in annual revenue over recent years. The ambition now is clear: grow beyond that level and unlock the next phase.
The Role
We are looking for a Head of Sales who is a true commercial builder.
This is not a maintenance role. You will take a solid revenue base and scale it aggressively — by expanding existing relationships, unlocking new revenue streams, and pushing the brand back into growth mode.
You will operate with a high level of autonomy and ownership, with one clear KPI: revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive all sales activities for VG Visie
- Grow revenue beyond the current €800K–€1.1M range
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of advertisers and partners
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities
- Work closely with content and brand teams to align on positioning and offerings
- Optimize pricing, packaging, and sales strategy

- A proven sales builder with a track record in media, publishing, or advertising
- Strong network in relevant commercial markets
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you take ownership and move fast
- Comfortable operating remotely and independently
- Focused on results: growth is the benchmark
Compensation
- Combination of fixed base + performance-based commission
