The Role
Reporting to Management, the International Marketing Manager will bring the brand’s strategic vision to life and lead the marketing and communications function. You will oversee our Social Media and Influencer Specialist, Studio team, freelancers, and PR agencies to drive revenue and growth.
Working cross-functionally, you will ensure consistent, high-impact, and customer-centric marketing execution across all channels.
Your Responsibilities
- Translate brand strategy into impactful global marketing execution
- Safeguard and strengthen brand identity across all channels
- Lead the marketing development of both existing and new brands, from concept to launch, playing a key role in defining positioning, building go-to-market strategies, and driving successful global rollouts
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and events
- Manage marketing calendars, launches, and promotional activities
- Collaborate with sales and local teams to support growth initiatives
- Lead creatives, agencies, and production, including shoots and content creation
- Monitor performance, market trends, and competitors to continuously optimize results
About You
- 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in beauty or fashion
- Strong understanding of branding, consumer insights, and content
- Experience across B2C and B2B, including digital, CRM, retail, and events
- Proven ability to manage creatives, campaigns, and projects
- Highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with strong communication and writing skills
- Global mindset, collaborative, and adaptable
- Fluent in English
