FULL-TIME CLIENT ADVISOR - ARMANI EXCHANGE AMSTERDAM
As a member of the Armani Exchange Flagship Team, you will play a key role within the Brand, responsible for providing a great Client Experience, understanding customer needs, and creating sales opportunities. You will build long-lasting relationships with clients and act as a Brand Ambassador, by inspiring customers with your passion and Brand knowledge.
Your main activities will include:
SALES & BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
• Maximize sales and store profitability.
• Master the selling ceremony in accordance with Brand policy, ensuring a high-quality customer service (before, during, and after the sale), and providing styling advice in order to offer the client a total look.
• Know clients and build loyalty by understanding and anticipating their needs in order to foster long-term relationships with them.
• Proactively collect clients’ personal data, explaining the advantages and benefits they can access by being part of the Armani Group.
• Have an exceptional product knowledge (i.e., fabrics, materials, craftsmanship, fitting, inspiration) and strong Company understanding, being able to engage clients with a targeted storytelling.
• Identify potential signals that can help them finalize the sale, guiding a supporting client throughout the final steps of the selling ceremony (i.e., payment, packaging, etc.), as well as providing them with insights that may convince them to return to the Store.
• Organize their work activities in order to achieve sales targets within the assigned timeframe.
• Consistently pay attention to the store’s image and carry out actions aimed at ensuring it remains impeccable.
• Ensure a proper products care, sales floor replenishment, and strong knowledge of the stock across all product categories in order to guarantee an effective display restocking.
• Collect client feedback on the collection and stay informed about competitors, trends, and latest news on the market, sharing these insights and information with colleagues.
TEAM DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT
• Regularly participate in training session, including e-learning courses, in order to strengthen their product knowledge and sales skills.
• Take part in daily briefings, sharing suggestions that are useful to performance improvement with a positive attitude.
• Share best practices with the team regarding client management, handling complaints and organizing daily activities.
OPERATIONS
• Comply with and adhere to Company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the effective management of the back of house, working closely with the Stock Team.
• Carry out daily checks of areas dedicated to alterations, reservations, claims, etc.
• Support daily in-store Operations activities when needed (i.e., shipping, trasnfers, labeling, re-merchandising, stock organization, etc.).
• Support inventory activities when required.
