Our self-operated photo platform combines hardware, software and AI-driven innovation to improve the guest experience while enabling operators to retain control over brand, data and margins. We do not simply install systems; we build long-term revenue partnerships. Once our solution goes live, the real work begins: optimizing performance, increasing capture rates, improving conversion, and expanding commercial opportunities.
We are currently in a scale-up phase, meaning we have validated product-market fit and are now focused on building a predictable and scalable revenue engine.
Your Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at GoPhoto, your primary focus will be outbound prospecting, with a strong emphasis on cold calling. You play a key role in GoPhoto’s growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You will work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities primarily through high-volume cold calling
- Execute daily outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage prospects
- Own and consistently hit activity targets (e.g. call volume, meetings booked)
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria (e.g. ICP, BANT, MEDDICC-light)
- Identify key stakeholders and map buying groups within target accounts.
- Schedule high-quality meetings and hand over well-qualified opportunities to Account Executives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM systems (e.g. PipeDrive, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Analyze outreach performance and continuously improve conversion rates
- Contribute to building and scaling GoPhoto’s sales development playbook and processes
What you bring
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a commercial role
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling as a core part of the role
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient
- Structured and data-driven in your way of working
- Interest in SaaS, tech, or working in a scale-up environment
