Pacific International has been exclusively retained by a leading electronic component manufacturer looking to bring in a Global Human Resources Director to oversee the entire HR function for a key business unit to help sustain their growth and expanding reach.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning people, culture, and organizational strategy with global business objectives.
Lead succession planning, leadership development, career progression, and end‑to‑end talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention across locations.
Build and lead a high‑performing, geographically distributed HR team while fostering continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development.
Drive organizational and cultural change by partnering with leaders, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and advising on relevant HR trends.
Provide expert guidance on HR matters while ensuring proactive risk management and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Establish trusted relationships at all levels, support positive workplace culture, resolve employee relations issues, and conduct investigations as needed.
Partner with corporate HR to support enterprise initiatives and oversee benefits, compensation, performance management, records management, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related major required; PHR/SPHR designations are preferred.
7–10+ years of diverse HR leadership experience required. Background in a manufacturing environment is required.
Must be a “hands-on” professional with a proven knowledge of employee relations, leadership development, training, organizational development, performance management, compliance issues, communications, salaried and hourly staffing, and compensation/benefit administration.
