What Will You Do?
As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding AutoFacets’ footprint across the Netherlands and the broader Benelux region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively open and develop new logos (hunter role) within the Netherlands/Benelux market
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle: prospecting, demand generation, deal pursuit, negotiation, and contract closure
- Represent AutoFacets as a trusted technology partner to senior customer stakeholders and executives
- Understand customer business challenges and translate them into value-driven technology solutions
- Leverage the Gateway Group ecosystem across technology practices, industry verticals, and product capabilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers, advisors, influencers, and decision-makers
- Support deal structuring and pricing negotiations, including business value analysis for proposals and bids
- Lead proposal creation and client presentations
- Ensure smooth post-contract relationship management to drive long-term customer success
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in professional services sales or technology consulting sales
- Proven experience selling software engineering services and/or SaaS solutions
- Strong track record of new account acquisition in the European market, preferably within automotive or mobility solutions
- Established network with CXO-level stakeholders across enterprise organizations
- Business-level fluency in English and Dutch
- Demonstrated success in managing complex enterprise negotiations
- Ability to clearly define customer problem statements and solution value propositions
- Hands-on experience with proposal development and executive-level presentations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
