Role Description: Sales Manager – Europe (Based in the Netherlands)
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Manager to be based in the Netherlands and lead commercial efforts for our smart DWS equipment across the European market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the regional sales strategy, acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will act as the key representative for Conlida, engaging with mid-to-large industrial clients, coordinating cross-functional resources to secure projects, and providing ongoing market intelligence and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience in the industrial sector, with a proven track record in selling smart machinery or technology solutions
- Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in German is a strong advantage
- Must be legally authorized to work in the Netherlands/EU (valid long-term residence permit or citizenship preferred)
- Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and cross-cultural communication skills
- Results-oriented, adaptable to a multinational environment, and willing to travel frequently within Europe for client visits
