iServices is sinds 2011 een internationale marktleider in de reparatie en refurbish van smartphones, tablets en computers. Met meer dan 100 winkels in Portugal, de Azoren, Madeira, de Canarische Eilanden, Frankrijk, België en Nederland voeren wij maandelijks circa 30.000 reparaties uit voor merken als Apple, Samsung, Huawei, LG en Xiaomi.
In Nederland zijn wij inmiddels actief met winkels in Amsterdam, Haarlem, Zoetermeer en Breda en blijven wij snel groeien. Onze technici bieden gratis diagnoses en repareren de meeste toestellen binnen 20–30 minuten. Daarnaast verkopen wij een breed assortiment accessoires en gadgets.
De functie
Voor onze nieuwe vestiging in the Mall zijn wij op zoek naar enthousiaste Sales Advisors / Technicians die willen meegroeien met iServices in Nederland.
In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor klantadvies, verkoop en/of technische reparaties.
Je hoeft niet overal expert in te zijn — wij zoeken mensen die uitblinken in minstens één van de volgende gebieden:
- Sales – Je adviseert klanten en weet verkoopkansen te benutten
- Techniek – Je repareert smartphones, tablets en computers snel en vakkundig
- Management – Je kunt collega’s aansturen en processen verbeteren
Dankzij onze groei zijn er uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden, zoals teamleider of manager van toekomstige vestigingen.
Wat ga je doen?
- Klanten adviseren en uitstekende service leveren
- Repareren van smartphones, tablets en computers (indien technisch onderlegd)
- Verkopen en promoten van accessoires en gadgets
- Voorraad beheren en zorgen voor een nette winkelpresentatie
- Efficiënt werken in een dynamische retailomgeving
Wat breng je mee?
- Ervaring in sales, techniek of management (minstens één)
- Klantgerichte en communicatief sterke houding
- Zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en stressbestendig
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands (andere talen zijn een pré)
💰 Wat wij bieden
- Salaris afhankelijk van ervaring:
- €2.422 bruto per maand zonder ervaring
- €2.622 bruto per maand met relevante reparatie-ervaring
- Bonussen voor alle medewerkers, gebaseerd op de omzet van de winkel

The Role
For our new store in the Mall, we are looking for motivated Sales Advisors / Technicians to join our growing team in the Netherlands.
In this role, you will be responsible for customer service, sales, and/or technical repairs.
You don’t need to be an expert in everything — we are looking for people who excel in at least one of the following areas:
- Sales – You advise customers and successfully close sales
- Technical Skills – You repair smartphones, tablets, and computers quickly and professionally
- Management – You can lead colleagues and improve processes

Your Responsibilities
- Advise customers and deliver excellent service
- Repair smartphones, tablets, and computers (if technically skilled)
- Promote and sell accessories and gadgets
- Manage stock and maintain an attractive store presentation
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
What You Bring
- Experience in sales, technical repair, or management (at least one)
- Strong communication and customer-focused mindset
- Independent, responsible, and stress-resistant
- Fluency in Dutch (other languages are a plus)
💰 What We Offer
- Salary based on experience:
- €2,422 gross per month without prior experience
- €2,622 gross per month with relevant repair experience
