Role Overview:We are looking for a skilled Desktop & Network Support Engineer to provide end-user support along with basic to intermediate network troubleshooting. The role involves maintaining IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide deskside/desktop support for hardware, software, and OS issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and peripherals
- Support Windows 10/11 and basic Mac OS issues
- Manage Active Directory (user accounts, password resets, access control)
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues
- Configure and support routers, switches, and access points
- Handle printer setup and troubleshooting
- Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams
- Perform patching, cabling, and rack support (basic level)
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Work on ticketing systems and ensure SLA compliance
- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for complex issues
Technical Skills Required:- Strong knowledge of Windows OS troubleshooting
- Basic to intermediate networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and Wi-Fi
- Active Directory & basic Azure AD knowledge
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
- Hardware troubleshooting skills
